About Us
Sleep in what the earth made.
Yuki — 雪 — is the Japanese word for snow. The colour of a freshly made bed. The hush of a first snowfall. The quiet at the end of a long day. That feeling is what we set out to make.
Rest, as a ritual
We make organic bedding for people who take rest seriously and take shortcuts with nothing. Every sheet, cover, and case is grown, not synthesised — certified organic fibres, and nothing petroleum-based ever touches the skin you sleep in.
Our design borrows from a Japanese idea of calm: ma, the beauty of empty space, and wabi-sabi, the warmth of the imperfect and natural. Muted tones. Honest textures. Nothing that shouts.
What we sleep in — and never will
Our one non-negotiable: nothing petroleum-based, nothing that sheds microplastics, nothing that can’t be certified. We use:
- GOTS-certified organic cotton — in breathable percale and smooth sateen;
- European flax linen — stonewashed, softened by nothing but time (OEKO-TEX, European Flax);
- TENCEL™ lyocell — from FSC-certified eucalyptus.
Undyed where we can, finished with corozo or wooden buttons and organic cotton thread, and shipped in plastic-free packaging. Never polyester, “microfiber,” conventional cotton, optical brighteners, or wrinkle-resin finishes.
Honest by design
We name the fibre and the certification, because proof beats adjectives. Traceable, not “eco-friendly.” Quiet, not loud. A considered object at the close of the day — not a commodity in plastic wrap.
The 100-Night Trial
Bedding is only truly tested by sleeping in it. So sleep on ours for up to 100 nights. If it isn’t right, send it back for a full refund. Nothing between you and rest.
