Shipping Policy

We prepare and ship your order carefully, so it arrives ready for its first night. Here’s everything you need to know about where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Where we ship
We currently offer free shipping on every order within the European Union and the United Kingdom. If your country isn’t available at checkout, email support@yukisleep.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Delivery time
Total delivery time: 6–15 business days. This is made up of:
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order.
- Transit: 5–12 business days for the carrier to deliver.
Orders placed before 22:00 CET begin processing the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or busy seasonal periods.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of size or weight. There are no additional shipping fees.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door.
If your order hasn’t arrived
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, email support@yukisleep.com and we’ll look into it. If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have your parcel, please first check:
- With your neighbours;
- Your mailbox or parcel locker;
- Your local carrier’s pick-up point.
While we are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery, we will gladly help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
