SHIPPING
How your order gets to you
Free shipping on orders over $150
All US orders over $150 ship free. Orders under $150 have a flat shipping fee applied at checkout.
Delivery in 6–15 business days
YUKI ships from our fulfillment center. US delivery typically takes 6–15 business days from the date of shipment. Most orders arrive within 8–10 business days.
Order tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Duties and taxes
Prices shown on the website are in USD. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. There are no hidden import duties or customs charges for US orders.
Packaging
Every order arrives in a paper box with a reusable cloth storage bag. No plastic wrap, no polybags, no styrofoam — anywhere.
RETURNS
The 30-night sleep trial
We want you to sleep in YUKI before you decide. Every order comes with a 30-night trial — sleep on it, wash it, live with it. If it isn't right, returning is simple.
Return window
You have 30 nights from the date of delivery to decide. That's 30 nights of actually sleeping in it — not 30 days from purchase.
How to return
Email support@yukisleep.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack the bedding in any box or bag, attach the label, and drop it off. That's it.
Refund
Full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. No restocking fees.
Can I wash it first?
Yes. We encourage it. The trial is meant for sleeping in, not just looking at. Washed bedding is fully accepted for return.
Do I need the original packaging?
No. Any box or bag will do. We care about making the return easy, not about the packaging.
Common questions
Do sale items qualify for the trial?
Yes. Sale items are covered by the same 30-night sleep trial and return policy.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be slightly longer.
Can I exchange instead of return?
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, return the original and place a new order. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive the return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at support@yukisleep.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement right away. No need to return the damaged item.
