What is Yuki Sleep bedding made of?
Certified organic fibres only: GOTS-certified organic cotton (percale and sateen), European flax linen (OEKO-TEX, European Flax), and TENCEL™ lyocell from FSC-certified eucalyptus. Nothing petroleum-based ever touches your skin.
Is it really free of synthetics?
Yes. No polyester, nylon, “microfiber,” or poly-cotton blends — nothing that sheds microplastics. Undyed where we can, or low-impact GOTS-approved dyes, with corozo or wooden buttons and organic cotton thread.
Which certifications do you carry?
GOTS, OEKO-TEX 100, European Flax, and FSC. We name the fibre and the certification for every product — proof over adjectives.
Ordering & shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the EU and the UK.
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery typically 5–12 business days, for a total of about 6–15 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have it.
Please check with your neighbours, your mailbox or parcel locker, and your local carrier pick-up point. If it still hasn’t turned up, email support@yukisleep.com and we’ll help you resolve it with the carrier.
Returns & the 100-Night Trial
What is the 100-Night Trial?
Sleep on your bedding for up to 100 nights. If it isn’t right, return it for a full refund — even after it’s been used and washed. Return shipping within the trial is on us.
How do I start a return?
Email support@yukisleep.com with your order number and we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Something arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Email support@yukisleep.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or a full refund.
Care
How do I wash and care for my bedding?
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle, and line dry when you can. Skip bleach and fabric softener — organic cotton and linen soften naturally with every wash. Linen is meant to live a little lived-in; a soft crumple is part of its character.
