Before you write.
As soon as it ships, we email a tracking link. Delivery takes 6–15 business days. If your link hasn't arrived within two days, message us and we'll trace it.
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — message us with your order number and we'll sort it. Once it's on the way, you're covered by the 30-night trial and free returns.
