Lyocell is a fiber spun from FSC-certified eucalyptus. The wood pulp is dissolved and spun in a closed loop that recovers about 99% of its solvent, so almost nothing is lost to the environment. The result is smooth, cool to the touch and breathable — certified to OEKO-TEX® 100 and GOTS, and plastic-free right down to the packaging.

Lyocell wicks around 50% more moisture than cotton, so it sleeps cooler and drier through the night. It is fluid where cotton is crisp, and far more hard-wearing than silk. If you tend to sleep warm, this is the one we would point you to first. You can read the full story on our materials page.

It is a good place to start. The fiber is smooth and free of synthetic finishes, and every piece is certified to OEKO-TEX® 100, which tests the finished fabric for harmful substances. It ships plastic-free, with nothing coated or sprayed on. If you have a specific medical concern, please check with your doctor first.

Tumble dry on low and take it out while still slightly damp, or line dry in the shade. Both keep the fiber relaxed and the color even. Avoid high heat — it is the one thing lyocell doesn’t love.

Rarely. Lyocell falls back into shape as it dries, so most people never reach for an iron. If you prefer a crisper finish, a warm iron on the reverse while the fabric is a little damp is plenty.

Lyocell is a strong fiber and resists the pilling you get from cheaper blends. Washed cool and dried gently, it holds its surface and actually grows softer over time rather than wearing out.

Sleep on it for 30 nights. If it doesn’t sleep cooler and calmer than the bedding you had, send it back — free returns, full refund, washed bedding included. No restocking fee and no questions.

Just message our team with your order number and we will arrange a free return for you. Returns are always free within the trial window — you are never out of pocket to send something back.

Once your return reaches us, we process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. We will email you the moment it is on its way back.

The size guide beside the size selector lists the exact duvet and pillow dimensions for every option, so you can match it to the bed you have. If you are between sizes or unsure, ask us — we would rather get it right the first time.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually change the size, address or cancel it entirely. Message us as soon as you can — we reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday — and we will sort it before it leaves us.
