1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Yuki Sleep website at yukisleep.com ("Website") and to all purchases made through it. By visiting the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this Website and place orders.

3. Product information

We sell premium bedding and home textiles, including sheet sets, duvet covers, and pillowcases made from natural fibres such as lyocell, bamboo viscose, cotton, and linen. We work hard to describe our Products accurately, but slight variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur; natural fibres are, by nature, never perfectly uniform. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item you receive. All product details, care instructions, and sizing are listed on each product page; if anything is unclear, check our FAQ or contact us before ordering.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The total amount, including any applicable taxes shown at checkout, is the amount you pay; you will never be charged more than the amount shown at checkout. Shipping is free on all orders (see our Shipping Policy). In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and order confirmation

After placing an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation is not acceptance; a binding agreement is formed only when the Products are shipped. We may cancel an order before shipment in cases such as pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or technical problems. If we cancel your order, you will always receive a full refund.

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@yukisleep.com with your order number. After 24 hours your order is in processing and can no longer be changed.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, free of charge. Processing time is 1-3 business days after payment is received, and shipping takes 5-8 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier or customs delays. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

For orders to the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, we ship with duties taken care of; you will not be asked to pay import charges on delivery. For US orders, any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

7. Returns and refunds (30 days)

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@yukisleep.com with your order number; we will then send you the return instructions and return address. How returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled is set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Depending on your country, these include the 14-day cancellation right for consumers in the United Kingdom, consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, and applicable consumer protection laws in the United States and Canada. Our 30-day return policy applies in addition to, and never instead of, these rights.

9. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact support@yukisleep.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. After we verify the issue, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. You will never pay return shipping for our mistake.

10. Payment and security

We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed over encrypted connections. We never see or store your full card details. For how we handle your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Promotions apply only within the stated period and while stocks last.

12. Intellectual property

All Website content, including text, images, logos, and product information, is the property of Yuki Sleep (MKT Group VOF) or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our Website or Products, and our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product in question. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, and your statutory consumer rights remain fully intact.

14. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruption, natural events, strikes, or customs delays.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country where you live, and nothing in this section deprives you of those protections.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Orders are governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time of ordering.
