Return & Refund Policy

Bedding is personal, and the only real test is a night’s sleep. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — quickly and fairly.
Before you dispute a charge
If there’s any issue with your order, please contact support@yukisleep.com first. We reply within one business day and resolve almost every case with a refund, replacement, or reshipment. Opening a chargeback before contacting us only slows things down for everyone.
The 100-Night Trial
Sleep on it for up to 100 nights. If your bedding isn’t right for you, return it for a full refund — even after it’s been used and washed. Return shipping within the trial is on us. To start, email support@yukisleep.com with your order number and we’ll send you the return instructions.
14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may also cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under EU consumer law. Items returned under the right of withdrawal should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
Standard returns
Outside the 100-Night Trial, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- They are unused and in original condition;
- Original packaging is included;
- A valid return tracking number is provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or laundered bedding cannot be returned outside the 100-Night Trial unless it is faulty.
How to start a return
- Email support@yukisleep.com with your order number.
- We’ll send you the correct return address and instructions.
- Ship the item using a tracked method. We’re not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
- We confirm receipt and inspect the item.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please report any damage, defect, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. Once verified, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 14 business days. Your bank may need a little extra time to post the refund. We cannot refund items that are returned used (outside the 100-Night Trial), incomplete, damaged after delivery, or missing original packaging.
