1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Yuki Sleep website and to all purchases made through it. By visiting the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this Website.
3. Product information
We sell organic bedding — including GOTS-certified organic cotton and European flax linen sheet sets, duvet covers, and pillowcases. We work hard to describe our Products accurately, but slight variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur; natural fibres are, by nature, never perfectly uniform. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item you receive.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You will never be charged more than the amount shown at checkout — no hidden fees. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Order confirmation
After placing an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation is not acceptance; a binding agreement is formed only when the Products are shipped. We may cancel an order before shipment in cases such as pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or technical problems.
6. Shipping & delivery
Processing time is 1–3 business days after payment is received. Estimated delivery time is shown in our Shipping Policy and may vary due to carrier or customs delays. Where available, a tracking number is emailed to you. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are ordering as a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email support@yukisleep.com with your order number. See our Return & Refund Policy for how returns and refunds are handled, and how this works alongside our 100-Night Trial.
8. Returns & the 100-Night Trial
We want you to sleep on it. Our 100-Night Trial lets you return your bedding within 100 nights of delivery for a full refund, even after it has been used and washed. Outside the Trial, for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or laundered bedding cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Full conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact support@yukisleep.com within 7 days, including clear photos. After we verify the issue, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
10. Payment & security
We accept secure payment methods including major cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed over encrypted connections. We do not store your card details.
11. Intellectual property
All Website content — text, images, logos, and product information — is the property of Yuki Sleep or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our Website or Products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product in question. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully intact.
13. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including transport disruption, natural events, strikes, or customs delays.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on our Website. By continuing to use the site, you accept any updates.
